From 2007 onwards, CMAA has appraised and presented ¡°China M&A Awards¡± on an annual basis to establish biographies for M & A elites, demonstrate the mainstay and the highest level in Chinese M & A sector for professional economists and the general public, comprehensively promote China's M & A industry to move toward standardization and maturity, and usher in the promising prosperity. This appraisal campaign will take the form of self recommendation and recommendation by others, which subject to comprehensive assessment by Professional Technical Committee and Executive Council of CMAA.

M & A transaction amount of over RMB 50 million yuan
Unique nature and industry-wide influence of M & A transaction
M & A transaction reflects the upgrade of value and the achievement of strategy
M & A process complies with professional ethics and industry guidelines
