Chen You'an is the Executive Vice President of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., the Chairman of theBoard and the Party Chief of China Galaxy Financial Holding Co. and the Chairman of China GalaxySecurities Co. Ltd. He holds a doctor's degree in management science and engineering. He once worked in the State Energy Resources Commission, State Economy Commission, State PlanningCommission and China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC). Prior to joiningCentral Huijin, he served as Assistant Governor of Gansu Province, and concurrently Party member of Gansu Provincial Government, Director General and Party Secretary of Foreign Trade and EconomicCooperation of Gansu Province, General Director and Party Secretary of Department of Commerceof Gansu Province, Chairman and Party Chief of the Rural Credit Cooperative of Gansu Province. Before then, he served as President and Party Chief of Lanzhou Branch of China Development Bank(CDB), in charge of businesses in Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia, and Deputy Chief of CDB's East China Credit Department, overseeing businesses in East China’s Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Shandong and Jiangxi. He also was the Member of the eleventh Gansu Provincial Committee of Communist Party of China (CPC).

Rotating Secretary General : Li Mei
Executive Vice President, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd.

Ms Li Mei is the Vice Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Executive Vice President of China GalaxySecurities Co., Ltd. She holds a doctor's degree in Management Science. She is part-time professor andtutor for graduate of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. She once worked in People's Bank of China. Prior to joining China Galaxy Securities Co.,Ltd, she served as the Executive Vice President of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.
