The China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization administrated by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC).Founded in September 2004, the CMAA is headquartered in Beijing with branch offices inShanghai，Shenzhen，Shenyang and Hangzhou .

CMAA members are mostly industry leaders from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific specializing in M&A advisory, enterprise restructuring, private placement, IPO,M&A transaction and industrial consolidation. They provide services to top-tier enterprises inChina. CMAA provides the government and enterprises with a broad range of investment banking services such as strategic consultation, M&A practice, management advisory, assets appraisal,financing and legal services.

CMAA members work closely with professionals across all industries for the development and standardization of M&A activity in China. All members are bound by the premise that vigorous M&A activity is essential to the development and globalization of Chinese enterprises.
