On June 27, 2008, China Merges & Acquisitions Association (CMAA), the People¡¯s Bank of China Shanghai Head Office, and Financial Services Office of Shanghai Municipal People¡¯s Government jointly held the ¡°2008 China M&A Annual Conference¡± at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel in Shanghai. The 2008 China M&A special awards ceremony is also held in this annual conference, and a total of 25 awards had been emerged. |

On June 26, 2008, CMAA Shanghai M&A Club opening ceremony and cocktail party was held at Shanghai Beach Garden House. In the end, Li Rongrong, Lou Jiwei, Liang Jinsong, etc. were ranked among the ¡°2007 China Top 10 M&A Dealmakers¡±; and the combat of Daneng and Wahaha, China Investment¡¯s entry into Blackstone, and Ping an¡¯s acquisition of Futong were ranked among the ¡°2007 China Top 10 M&A Deals¡±. This election was jointly initiated and held by CMAA, Global M&A Research Center and www.mergers-china.com. |
