CMAA's highest level of authority
is the annual CMAA Members Conference. After the conference
is closed, the CMAA Council assumes executive responsibility
and reports to the CMAA Members Conference. Members
of the CMAA Council elect the chairman, vice-chairman
and executive directors of CMAA. Following this the
CMAA Executive Council elects the President of CMAA.
