Since China joined the WTO, Chinese companies have increasingly utilized mergers and acquisitions to expand the market share and value chain. The China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA) was established in response to the demands of China's developing M&A sector, and to promote the globalization of Chinese enterprises. We hope that under the leadership of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), CMAA will cultivate a spirit of patriotism, professionalism and integrity among it's members. We hope that CMAA members will provide the highest quality of customer service, protect members’ lawful rights as well as interests and enhance the quality of it's membership. We also expect that CMAA will work with member companies to make substantial contributions to the standardization and development of China's M&A market.
