Chris joined Deloitte in 1981 as a member of the US practice in Los Angeles, and assumed the role of Deloitte China CEO on October 1, 2008. Mr. Lu¡¯s professional experience includes serving both domestic and multinational corporations spanning a range of industry sectors, in areas of local statutory audits, M&A, IPO audit, Due diligence and other non-attestation services. He has also led a number of Deloitte initiatives in support of national policies and programs such as those of the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission (SASAC). He is a two times winner in 2003 and 2005 of Shanghai¡¯s prestigious Magnolia Award, which recognizes expatriates for their deep friendship with and significant contributions to the development of the city of Shanghai.

As a partner of Deloitte China, Jennifer Xie has over 20 years¡¯ experience in enterprise transformation and restructuring, IPO, annual audit report, and financial advisory. Jennifer has led engagements from more than 20 SOEs supervised by SASAC to provide professional service covering IPO, annual audit, asset and capital verification as well as economic duty audit. Meanwhile, she served domestic large-scale private enterprises and multinational corporations. Jennifer is also the executive director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA) of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), the China Appraisal Society, and China Women¡¯s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) of ACFIC.
